About MST Facilities

MST Facilities’ core business is providing Total Facility Management services to customers who wish to outsource their building facilities operations and maintenance and focus in delivering their core business in manufacturing or services.

Company Milestones

1988

MST was established originally as Mega Strength (M) Sdn Bhd and the original principal activities of the company were the installation of plant engineering works, metal/mechanical parts fabrication and air pollution equipment Air Scrubber System.

2004

MST went through a major restructuring with new board of directors and management team. The new management team brings along the vast experience in Total Facility Management/Operation & Maintenance, M&E Consulting, Air Conditioning System Control, Building Automation Control System and Energy Management.

2005

A multinational company specialized in Variable Frequency Drives (VFD Inverter), Danfoss Industries appointed MST as Authorized Energy Solution & Service Partner and sole representative in providing testing and commissioning and technical support to most of their installation and maintenance in the Northern Region.

2006

Mega Strength (M) Sdn Bhd was officially changed to MST Facilities Sdn Bhd to spearhead our company business and direction in providing total facility management services.

2012

MST expanded its business operation to Klang Valley and established a branch office and subsidiary, MST Facilities (KL) Sdn Bhd, located in Puchong, Selangor to manage and execute the contracts and projects in the Central Region.

2014

MST obtained ISO9001:2008 certification by SGS for Facility Management Services.

2018

Rockwell Automation certified MST as their Valued System Integrator for Allen Bradley Power Solutions, Drives and PLC systems.

Principal Objectives

From experience in Facilities Management and improvement projects with various multinational high-tech manufacturing facilities, MST understands and is able to meet customers’ needs, standards and expectations. MST will closely monitor these objectives and standards and adapt to changing needs and requirements as we progress.
